Upstage Management & Consulting Firm was founded by Myia Maples with a vision to help organizations build stronger foundations through structure, strategy, and operational excellence.

Myia’s journey into consulting was built through resilience, leadership, and firsthand experience navigating both business and personal adversity. While overcoming some of life’s most challenging seasons, she developed a deep understanding of the importance of structure, systems, accountability, and strategic planning, not only within organizations, but within life itself.
That experience became the foundation of Upstage.
